Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of supply chain management and how employee productivity as well as supply chain management effect employee productivity at PT NJS Suzuki Service and Parts Department. In this study, the author uses descriptive method that is by collecting data so as to generate the information needed to analyze the problem. Based on the results of the respondents can be concluded that the implementation of supply chain management expressed satisfaction with the overall average value of 4.14 and productivity of employees expressed satisfaction with the overall average value of 4.07. Based on the results of statistical analysis using the formula Pearson Product Moment correlation coefficient results are obtained correlation coefficient or r = 0.276 which gives an indication of the low relationship between supply chain management to employee productivity. t_count magnitude of 1.522 and 2.048 for the t_table thus Ho is accepted but the relationship between the two variables is not significant. The coefficient of determination of 7.6% addressed by supply chain management and the remaining is influenced by other factors outside of this study.
