The objectives of this research were to study satisfaction level of consumers to purchase goods or services over internet and to compare difference of consumersâ€™ satisfaction. The sample of this study consisted of 450 people who live in Muak Lek and Kaengkhoi District, Saraburi Province, Thailand. A questionnaire was used as the instrument to collect data. Statistical analyses were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One â€“ Way ANOVA. To compare all pairwise differences, Scheffeâ€™s method was utilized at the statistical significance level of 0.05. The results showed that the overall consumersâ€™ satisfaction to purchase goods and services over internet was in satisfaction level. Considered by demographic characteristics; male, monthly income 20,001 â€“ 30,000 bath, master degree, age 19-20 years old, private business, and single status were most satisfied to purchase goods and services over internet. In additional, to compare difference satisfaction found that different consumers did not have different satisfaction.
