Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another proceeding or journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor);
Manuscript(Full Paper) has been written in good academic Englishand has been 'spell checked' and 'grammar checked'.
I have followed the Author's Guidelines and Using the Full Papers Template provided;
The submission file is in Microsoft Word (.docx) document format.

Introduction

International Scholars Conference Full Paper Proceedings are Proceeding that contain Full Paper from researchers from Universitas Advent Indonesia (UNAI), Universitas Klabat (Unlkab), Adventist University of Philippines (AUP), Asia-Pacific International University (AIU), and various other universities from several countries participating in the 11th International Scholars' Conference (11ISC) held at Advent Indonesia University, Bandung with the theme "Research and Education Sustainability: Unlocking Opportunities in Shaping Today's Generation's Decision Making and Building Connections".

This proceeding is expected to be a useful source of information for future use.

We publish original research papers, review articles, and case studies which are divided into several strands such as:

Allied Health
Business and Governance
Natural Science
Art, Humanities, and Social Science
Theology
Engineering and Technology
Education

Audience

The primary, but not exclusive, audiences are academicians, postgraduate students, business practitioners, and others interested people in business research.

Peer Review Process

International Scholars Conference Full Paper Proceedings uses an online submission and review system. The submission and peer review of every article must be managed using this system and based on the following Peer Review Policy.

International Scholars Conference Full Paper Proceedings Editorial Board is responsible for the selection of papers and the selection of reviewers.
Articles must typically be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.
Reviewers are unaware of the identity of the authors, and authors are also unaware of the identity of reviewers (double-blind review)
The reviewing process will consider novelty, objectivity, method, scientific impact, conclusion, and references.
The final decision on manuscript acceptance shall be made by the Editorial Board according to the reviewers' critical comments.
Section Editor will send the final decision regarding the submission to the corresponding author based on the reviewers' recommendation.
International Scholars Conference Full Paper Proceedings Editorial Board shall protect the confidentiality of all material submitted to the proceeding and all communications with reviewers.

After acceptance

The author will receive an Acceptance Letter after the Full Paper is accepted. The author will proceed to submit their Full Paper with the same process when the author submits their full paper.
