PLANTING CHURCHES THROUGH HOLISTIC MINISTRY STRATEGY TO DANI TRIBE OF PAPUA, INDONESIA

Abstract

Jesus is the head of the church.  He wants the church to be able to carry out the mission of salvation to the whole world so that everyone can be saved. The ideal church services are always based on the mission of Jesus when He was on the earth. The church needs to implement the holistic concept that is integrated mission of Jesus which includes aspects of physical, mental, spiritual and social. In order for the church grow rapidly both in quality and quantity, the church has to apply the methods base on the Bible.  In this study, the research wants to develop the biblical foundation of Old Testament and New Testament and then how to apply these methods in context of Dani’s tribe culture in Papua, Indonesia.
