Abstract

The purpose  of this study resulted  in a design application evaluation  piano using Fast Fourier Transform algorithm  based on Android for users who are learning piano. The design of application  uses a software engineering processes with prototyping as a process model. The modeling  of the application is using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). This application applied FFT algorithm which is capable to convert a signal sound into a frequency sound. There are three main features of this application. The main features are Select Song, Record Song and Evaluation. The User Interface of this application has six views, there are main menu, evaluation,  song evaluation, choose song, record song and result. This research brings a conceptual application as a description of how this application will work.
