ANALISIS PERDAGANGAN IMPORT-EXPORT HASIL PERTANIAN, PERIKANAN DAN KEHUTANAN PROVINSI JAWA BARAT-INDONESIA SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH PENERAPAN ASEAN-CHINA FREE TRADE AREA (ACFTA)

Abstract

This research is proposed to find out whether or not there is any difference of import and export agriculture, forest and fishing before and after the implementation Asean-China Free Trade Area at West Java Province-Indonesia. Sampling technique of this research is that total of import and export of agriculture, forest and fishing at West Java Province-Indonesia since January 2007- to 2012. Data source was taken from Central Bank of Indonesia at Jalan Braga Bandung. Data analysis technique used paired t-test run by SPSS. Based on the result of analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of ASEAN-China Free Trade Area have no impact toward import performance of agriculture, forest and fishing before and after the implementation. The total export of agriculture, forest and fishing shows declining after the implementation of Asean-China Free Trade Area where the total of export is significantly smaller anter the implementation of Asean-China Free Trade Area. The implementation of Asean-China Free Trade Area is an disadvantage to West Java Province, it is because declining of exports while the imports is still the same.
