Journal Language

Papers will be accepted either in English or Bahasa Indonesia.

Author Guidelines

1. Page numbers of submissions are expected not less than 10 pages and not exceeding 20 pages.
2. If in doubt how to cite publications in your paper, have a look at the APA Citation Reference.

What should you submit?

Submitted contributions undergo a double-blind review. In order to make this possible, please:

  1. Submit an anonymized file without the authors' names.
  2. Once your paper is accepted please upload a final DOC, DOCX or RTF version with the authors' names in it. Please do not forget to add the authors at the beginning and in the CV section at the end of the paper.

Article Processing Charges

  • Full papers: 200,000 IDR.

Latest two weeks after submission authors will be informed about acceptance for review or rejection. Our average review time is 6 weeks.

The APC have to be paid immediately after the notification of acceptance.

This journal has no submission charges.

 

Waiver Fee

Jurnal Padegogik publisher believes that lack of funds should not be a barrier to Open Access publication. So, to facilitate the publication of research/review/case-report article with high impact value we have provided direct fee assistance. Our new Publication Fee Assistance program or waivers are intended for authors who cannot afford the publication fee. Depending on the requirements the waivers can be either partial or complete. Please contact us for further information on this.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submitting author hereby warrants that the submission is original and that she/he is the author of the submission together with the named co-authors; to the extend the submission incorporates text passages, figures, data or other material from the work of others, the submitting author has obtained any necessary permission.
  3. We expect at least 1 reference(s) to journals from Jurnal Padegogik (https://jurnal.unai.edu/index.php/jpd) if possible. Furthermore, without good reasons, your submission should not have more than 3 self-citations..
  4. The submission file is in Microsoft Word or RTF document file format.
  5. The text is written in English or Bahasa Indonesia and meets this journal's formatting requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines. For format instructions see the JPD Template.
  6. In the following step of the submission process, name all authors of the paper. For more than one, use the "Add Author" button. This is important, because these metadata appear in the issue TOC and in the notification mail, and are submitted to indexing services, such as CrossRef, DOAJ... Take care of the order of the authors. First of all, enter the first author.
  7. In the next step, fill in the "Affiliation" field, even if it is not marked with an asterisk. Please give the complete postal address of your institute. (This is important for research databases like ISI Web of Knowledge)
  8. The text is written in English or Bahasa Indonesia and meets this journal's formatting requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  9. If you are member of INDOMS (Indonesia Mathematics Society), please leave a remark in the "Comments to the editor" text field below.

Articles in this journal are published under the Creative Commons Share Alike Attribution Licence (CC-BY-SA  What does this mean?). This is to get more legal certainty about what readers can do with published articles, and thus a wider dissemination and archiving, which in turn makes publishing with this journal more valuable for you, the authors.

By submitting an article the author grants to this journal the non-exclusive right to publish it. The author retains the copyright and the publishing rights for his article without any restrictions.
