Perancangan Sistem Informasi UNAI Career Center Berbasis Web

Pada era teknologi informasi saat ini, jasa penyedia lapangan pekerjaan secara online mudah ditemui. Selain praktis dan instan, banyak keefisienan dan keefektifan yang dimiliki. Dengan sistem real time, informasi pekerjaan yang ditawarkan menjadi dapat cepat terdistribusi dan mempermudah proses rekrutmen pegawai. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan para pencari kerja yang mencari lowongan dengan para penyedia lowongan tidak harus saling bertemu. Dalam usaha untuk membantu lulusannya, maka UNAI perlu membangun sebuah sistem informasi online untuk UNAI Career Centre yang memudahkan perusahaan merekrut lulusan UNAI. UNAI Career Centre adalah wadah untuk para lulusan UNAI mencari informasi lapangan pekerjaan. Melihat kebutuhan sistem informasi penyedia lapangan pekerjaan tersebut, maka penulis menganggap bahwa UNAI perlu memiliki sistem informasi penyedia informasi peker;aan. Penelitlan ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem informasi penyedia lowongan pekerjaan yang dapat membantu lulusan UNAI menemukan pekerjaan yang diinginkan. Setelah merancang dan membangun sistem di atas, penulis melakukan serangkaian uji coba terhadap sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem telah berjalan dengan baik, walaupun ada beberapa kebutuhan feature yang seharusnya ada
dalam sistem. Fitur-fitur yang belum ada tersebut diharapkan dapat dikembangkan di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract
In the current era of information technology, job provider services are easily found online. In addition to practical and instant, a lot of efficiency and effectiveness owned. With real-tinre systems, information is offered the job to be distributed quickly and ease the process of recruitment. This application allows job seekers to find jobs with the job providers do not have to meet each other. In an effort to heip its graduates, UNAI need to build an online information system for UNAI Career Centre that allows companies to recruit graduates of UNAI. UNAI Career Centre is a place for UNAI's graduates to seek jobs information. Based on needs of jobs information systems, the authors assume that UNAI need to have information systems that provides jobs information. This research aims to design and build an information system of ;obs provider that can help UNAI's graduates find desired jobs. After designing and building the system, the authors conducted a series of tests on the system. Test results show that the system has been running well, although there are some features requirement that should be in the system do not exist. These features are not yet exist is expected to be developed in the future.
