Teknologi ledger terdistribusi, atau yang lebih dikenal sebagai blockchain, telah menjelma menjadi sebuah terobosan yang menjanjikan dalam menyokong inklusi finansial, terutama bagi populasi yang belum terjangkau oleh kerangka keuangan konvensional. Kajian ini bermaksud untuk menyelidiki sumbangsih blockchain dalam mendongkrak inklusi finansial dibandingkan dengan sistem keuangan mapan melalui pendekatan telaah pustaka sistematis. Karya ilmiah ini merangkum literatur dari beragam pangkalan data akademis terkemuka guna mengidentifikasi penemuan krusial terkait faedah, kendala, dan prospek pengembangan blockchain dalam ranah finansial. Analisis yang dilakukan memperlihatkan bahwa blockchain sanggup memperluas keterjangkauan servis finansial, mereduksi ongkos transaksi, serta menyajikan keterbukaan dan proteksi yang lebih mumpuni. Kendati demikian, muncul sejumlah tantangan seperti minimnya kerangka regulatori, disparitas pengetahuan, serta isu skalabilitas dan interoperabilitas. Konklusi dari telaah ini mengindikasikan bahwa blockchain menyimpan potensi signifikan untuk memacu inklusi finansial, namun dibutuhkan ikhtiar kolaboratif dari pihak pemerintah, korporasi, dan inovator teknologi untuk menanggulangi rintangan-rintangan tersebut. Kajian ini menyajikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai peluang dan tantangan implementasi blockchain serta anjuran untuk riset lebih lanjut.
