HUBUNGAN ANTARA PROFIL TENAGA KESEHATAN DENGAN PENCAPAIAN CAKUPAN IMUNISASI DASAR DI KUPANG

Latar belakang: Imunisasi adalah suatu upaya untuk menimbulkan atau meningkatkan kekebalan seseorang secara aktif terhadap suartu penyakit sehingga suatu saat terpajang dengan penyakit tersebut tidak akan sakit atau mengalami sakit ringan. Ketersediaan dan penyebaran SDMK dalam hal ini tenaga kesehatan sangat menentukan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di fasilitas kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan profil tenaga kesehatan terhadap pencapaian cakupan Imunisasi Dasar Lengkap di Kupang. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif korelasional. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah cakupan pencapaian imunisasi lengkap di kota Kupang tahun 2018 menurut profil kesehatan kota Kupang adalah 59%. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa UCI untuk kota Kupang tahun 2018 adalah 59% sedangkan hingga saat ini baru terdapat 33 kelurahan dari 51 kelurahan yang ada di kota Kupang telah berkategori UCI. Jadi kota Kupang sendiri masih belum mencapai target UCI yang ditetapkan. Kota Kupang memiliki tenaga penunjang kesehatan sebanyak 1.020 dan sumber daya manusia kesehatan sebanyak 1.027. kesimpulan: tidak ada hubungan antara profil tenaga kesehatan masyarakat dengan pencapaian cakupan imunisasi dasar lengkap pada anak di wilayah kota Kupang.

ABSTRACT
Background: Immunization is an effort to raise or increase a person's immunity actively to the flare-up of the disease so that one day displayed with the disease will not be sick or experience mild pain. The availability and dissemination of SDMK in this case health workers are very determined the quality of health services in health facilities. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship of health workers' profiles to the achievement of Complete Basic Immunization coverage in Kupang. Methods: This study uses descriptive correlational research design. the population in this study is the coverage of complete immunization achievement in Kupang in 2018 according to the health profile of kupang city is 59%. Results: The results showed that the UCI for Kupang in 2018 was 59% while to date there are only 33 villages out of 51 villages in kupang city has been categorized as UCI. So kupang city itself still has not reached the UCI target set. Kupang has 1,020 health support workers and 1,027 health human resources. Conclusion: there is no relationship between the profile of public health workers and the achievement of complete basic immunization coverage in children in kupang city area.
