Terapi Akupuntur Terhadap Peningkatan Kualitas Hidup Pada Pasien Kanker yang Menjalani Kemoterapi: Systematic Review

Latar belakang: Akupunktur adalah teknik pengobatan Tiongkok tradisional yang memasukkan jarum tipis ke dalam kulit pada titik-titik tertentu untuk mendapatkan respons terhadap kualitas hidup. Tujuan: systematic review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kualitas hidup terhadap pemberian terapi akupuntur pada pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi. Metode systematic review ini menggunakan desain literature riview yaitu penelitian yang mengkaji artikel-artikel ilmiah dengan mengintegrasikan dan menarik kesimpulan tentang terapi akupuntur terhadap peningkatan kualitas hidup pada pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari hasil peneltian yang telah dilakukan peneliti terdahulu. Sumber data berupa artikel atau jurnal yang relevan dengan topik ini. Pencarian artikel penelitian dilakukan menggunakan database Proquest, Sciencedirect, PubMed Science. Pencarian dilakukan dengan menggunakan kata kunci pencarian "chemotherapy" AND "acupuncture” AND "quality of life" Kriteria inklusi yang ditetapkan peneliti dalam pencarian artikel yaitu artikel dalam rentang waktu terbit dari tahun 2018-2023. Diskusi akupuntur merupakan suatu terapi komplementer yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi. Diharapkan dapat dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dan terperinci sehingga dapat dijadikan sebuah evidence based patrice dengan tempat dan lokasi penelitian yang berbeda dari peneliti sebelumnya.
