Faktor yang Berkontribusi Terhadap Penerapan Multilevel Approach To Community Health Model Oleh Orangtua Dalam Menjaga Kesehatan Reproduksi

Latar belakang. Faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku seksual sangat kompleks dan selalu berkembang. Penanganan semua determinan secara bersama-sama melalui multilevel approach to community health model terbukti dapat meningkatkan perilaku kesehatan. Penerapan model tersebut oleh orangtua dipengaruhi oleh banyak factor. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap penerapan multilevel approach to community health model oleh orangtua dalam menjaga kesehatan reproduksi anak remajanya. Metode. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Purwokerto sejak Agustus-Oktober tahun 2022. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 30 orang. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner yang berisi determinan penerapan sebuah model. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara univariat dengan statistic deskriptif dan multivariate menggunakan uji regresi logistic. Hasil. Faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap penerapan multilevel approach to community health model oleh orangtua dalam menjaga kesehatan reproduksi remaja meliputi tingkat pendidikan orangtua (26%), pengetahuan orangtua (50%), sibuk dengan pekerjaan (10%), perceraian (7%), dan ketidakharmonisan keluarga (7%). Kelima factor tersebut memiliki nilai p-value kurang dari 0,05 yang berarti semua factor secara signifikan berkontribusi terhadap penerapan multilevel approach to community health model oleh orangtua dalam menjaga kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Hasil analisis deskriptif, ditemukan factor pengetahuan orangtua menempati urutan pertama terbanyak yaitu sekitar 50%. Kesimpulan. Factor tingkat pendidikan orangtua, pengetahuan orangtua, sibuk dengan pekerjaan, perceraian, dan ketidakharmonisan keluarga memengaruhi penerapan multilevel approach to community health model oleh orangtua dalam menjaga kesehatan reproduksi remaja.
