Rekomendasi Pengembangan IT Governance Menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process pada Institusi Pendidikan (Studi Kasus: Universitas Advent Indonesia)

Penerapan dan penggunaan teknologi informasi oleh sebuah organisasi harus disesuaikan dengan visi, misi dan tujuan organisasi yang dituangkan dalam bentuk perencanaan dan manajemen TI. Pengaturan TI disebut sebagai proses untuk menginstruksikan dan mengontrol organisasi agar mencapai target dengan meningkatkan nilai yang dapat menyeimbangkan resiko terhadap penggunaan TI dan prosesnya. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengembangan IT Governance dan akan dibuat dua domain yaitu perencanaan organisasi dan pengadaan dan implementasi masing-masing yang akan ditentukan oleh metodologi Analytical Hierarchy Process untuk menentukan prioritas dari dua domain COBIT.

Abstract
Application and usage IT by an organization must be aligned with vision, mission and intention of organization that is formed in planning and management IT. Arrangement IT is referred as a process to instruct and control organization to reaches its target by enhance value that can balance risk to usage IT and its process. At this research will be conducted IT Governance development and will be made two domain that is planning organization and levying and implementation each of which will be determined by the Analytical Hierarchy Process methodology to determine the priority of the two domain of COBIT.
