Perancangan Sistem Informasi Beasiswa Berbasis Web di Universitas Advent Indonesia

Penggunaan sistem informasi sangat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja dalam berbagai bidang baik dalam proses operasional organisasi maupun dalam pengambilan keputusan oleh manajemen. Karena itu, maka penulis ingin mengembangkan sebuah sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu proses pemberian beasiswa di UniversitasAdvent Indonesia. Sistem informasi beasiswa ini dirancang untuk dapat membantu proses pemberian beasiswa kepada mahasiswa UNAI yang memenuhi syarat mulai dari proses pendaftaran, analisa berkas dan persyaratan, dan pengambilan keputusan siapa yang berhak menerima beasiswa. Sistem informasi beasiswa inidirancang berbasis web. Hasil dari perancangan sistem informasi beasiswa di Universitas Advent Indonesia, memungkinkan pegawai dapat melakukan pengolahan data mahasiswa, pemberi beasiswa, jenis beasiswa, dan laporan pendaftaran beasiswa yang selanjutnya akan diputuskan oleh Pembantu Rektor Bidang Kemahasiswaan atau pihak pemberi beasiswa sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Diharapkan sistem ini akan membantu proses pemberian beasiswa, khususnya bagi pegawai di kantor Pembantu Rektor Bidang Kemahasiswaan dimana akan menjadi lebih mudah dalam mengakses data-data dengan cepat dan akurat.

Abstract
The use of information system is very useful to improve the productivity of work in various fields both in the organization's operational processes and in decision making by management. Therefore, the authors wanted to develop a system that can be used to assist in the provision of scholarships at the Adventist University of Indonesia. Scholarship information system is designed to help the process of granting scholarships to Unai students who qualify start of the registration process, file and requirements analysis, and decision-making who is eligible to receive scholarships. The scholarships Information system is designed web-based. The results of design of the scholarship information system at Adventist University of Indonesia, enabling employees to perform student data processing, scholarship funder, scholarship type, and scholarship application and repoft to the next will be decided by the Vice Rector for Student Affairs or the scholarship in accordance with needs. It is hoped this system will help the process of granting scholarships, especially for employees in the office of Vice President of Student Affairs which will become easier to access data quickly and accurately.
