Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi terutama teknologi ponsel pintar telah memberikan kemudahan bagi kehidupan banyak orang. Kebutuhan akan aplikasi-aplikasi, termasuk aplikasi bergenre religi meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah pengguna ponsel pintar. Lagu Sion sebagai salah satu referensi religius bagi anggota Gereja Masehi Advent Hari Ketujuh (GMAHK) menjadi salah satu kebutuhan aplikasi yang tidak dapat dihindari. Dalam artikel ini dijelaskan proses pembangunan, mulai dari perancangan sampai implementasi, aplikasi Lagu Sion pada sistem operasi Android yang dilakukan oleh penulis.

 

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology, especially the technology of smart phones has made people's lives easier. The need for applications, including religious-type applications, increases along the increasing number of smart phone users. Indonesian SDA Hymnal as one of religious references for Seventh-Day Adventist Church members becomes an inevitable need for the smart phones users. This article describes the development process of, from design to implementation, Indonesian SDA Hymnal application on Android operating system which is done by the author.
