Analisis Perbandingan Metode Fingerprinting dan Dead Reckoning Pada Sistem Penentuan Posisi Dalam Ruangan

Teknologi sistem penentuan posisi dalam ruangan merupakan salah satu pemecahan masalah yang tidak dapat dilakukan oleh teknologi penentuan posisi objek yang ditentukan oleh Global Positioning System (GPS) ketika posisi tersebut berada di dalam sebuah gedung bertingkat. Untuk menentukan posisi dalam ruangan terdapat beberapa metode antara lain metode fingerprinting dan metode dead reckoning yang merupakan metode-metode yang akan dianalisis perbandingan antara kedua metode tersebut dengan menguji performa atau keakuratannya, kelebihan dan kekurangan dari masing-masing metode dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk penggunaan metode yang tepat dalam situasi tertentu. Dimana Fingerprinting lebih akurat dalam situasi dengan banyak penghalang dan kepadatan sinyal yang tinggi, sedangkan dead reckoning lebih cocok untuk digunakan dalam situasi dengan banyak pergerakan dan sedikit penghalang.
