Efektivitas Smart Parenting Style untuk Meningkatkan Perilaku Asertif Remaja dalam Menjaga Kesehatan Reproduksi

ABSTRAK
Latar belakang. Remaja merupakan kelompok usia yang rawan terhadap masalah kesehatan reproduksi. Resiko tersebut dapat dicegah dengan peningkatan perilaku asertif melalui smart parenting style yang terdiri dari telling, selling, participating dan delegating. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tipe smart parenting style yang paling efektif dalam meningkatkan perilaku asertif remaja. Metode. Desain penelitian menggunakan quasi experimental dengan pendekatan one group with pre and post test design. Penelitian dimulai Maret-Mei 2022 di SMK X Purwokerto. Sampel diambil secara purposive sampling sebanyak 30 remaja setiap kelompok pada perlakuan tipe telling, selling, participating dan delegating. Data perilaku asertif sebelum dan setelah perlakuan dianalisis menggunakan uji t dependent. Hasil. Hasil analisis smart parenting style tipe participating, delegating, telling, selling terhadap perilaku asertif remaja secara berurutan memiliki nilai p-value 0,097; 0,187; 0,000; dan 0,000. Tipe telling mampu meningkatkan rerata perilaku asertif sebesar 15,6, sedangkan tipe selling jauh lebih tinggi yaitu mencapai 26,1. Kesimpulan. Tipe paling efektif untuk meningkatkan perilaku asertif remaja adalah selling.
ABSTRACT
Introduction. Adolescents are an age group that is prone to reproductive health problems. This risk can be prevented by increasing assertive behavior through a smart parenting style consisting of telling, selling, participating, and delegating. This study aimed to determine the type of smart parenting style that was most effective in increasing adolescent assertive behavior. Method. The research design used a quasi-experimental approach with a one-group approach with pre and post-test design. The research started from March to May 2022 at SMK X Purwokerto. Samples were taken by purposive sampling as many as 30 teenagers in each group in the treatment of telling, selling, participating, and delegating types. Assertive behavior data before and after treatment were analyzed using the dependent t-test. Results. The results of the smart parenting style analysis of participating, delegating, telling, and selling types on adolescent assertive behavior sequentially have a p-value of 0.097; 0.187; 0.000; and 0.000. The telling type increased the average assertive behavior by 15.6, while the selling type was much higher, reaching 26.1. Conclusion. The most effective type to increase adolescent assertive behavior is selling.
