Abstrak
ABSTRAK
Bagaimanakah menghadapi situasi bisnis yang penuh dengan ketidakpastian? Mungkin ini adalah pertanyaan yang sering kita dengar. Mungkin juga kita mempunyai 1001 jawaban versi masing-masing untuk sekedar menjawabnya. Kuncinya sebenarnya hanya satu yaitu: jangan salah membuat keputusan. Jika kita ingin meminimalkan atau bahkan menghilangkan kesalahan dalam memutuskan sesuatu, maka keputusan itu tentunya harus sesuai dengan kondisi lingkungan bisnis yang up to date. Bagaimanakah caranya? Kegiatan Competitive Intelligence merupakan suatu cara dalam menemukan suatu kedudukan yang lebih baik melalui informasi yang dikumpulkan, lalu disaring, dan dianalisa, untuk menghasilkan informasi yang akurat, mudah untuk diterapkan, sesuai dengan kebutuhan manajemen. Kegiatan Competitive Intelligence ini adalah kegiatan yang legal yang dilakukan untuk dapat membuat perusahaan lebih kompetitif.
ABSTRACT
How we facing the business situation with uncertainty conditions? Maybe we often hear this question many times, and maybe we have an own version answer for these question. Actually the key answer is; just dont makes a wrong decisions. Because if we like to minimize or making dissapear of mistakes of decision, then the decision must be agree with the recent business environment conditions. We can do that with the Competitive Intelligence activity. These activity is a perfect strategy to found out the better position of the business situation with all the information that can be collected, then we can separated that information to looking for a valid information, then we analyze that before that result an accurate information, and easy to use, appropriate with the management needed. This activity is a legal project that can be the company more competitive in any sector of business.
