Abstrak
Perkembangan komputer atau evolusi komputer saat ini sangat begitu pesat, dan komputer merupakan bagian yang sudah wajib dalam pekerjaan manusia saat ini. Dengan perkembangan komputer yang begitu pesat secara otomatis dibutuhkan tenaga-tenaga ahli atau pakar dibidang komputer yang tugasnya mampu memaksimalkan serta merawat komputer-komputer yang digunakan. Namun seorang tenaga ahli dibidang komputer mempunyai keterbatasan waktu dan tempat, ketika terjadi permasalahan yang waktunya mungkin hampir bersamaan. Untuk mengurangi ketergantungan pemakai komputer terhadap seorang pakar, maka perlu dikembangkan suatu sistem informasi kepakaran. Pengembangan sistem pakar yang salah satu tujuannya adalah mengurangi ketergantungan pengguna komputer terhadap seorang pakar, dimana sistem pakar ini akan hemberikan solusi awal dari kerusakan komputer yang umumnya terjadi. Selain itu untuk menambahkan kenyakinan seorang pengguna komputer biasa mengambil keputusan, digunakan juga nilai faktor kepastian (CF) yang dibuat oleh pakar sebagai bagian dari penggunaan untuk mengambil keputusan sendiri.

Abstract
The development of a computer or computer evolution is now very rapidly, and the computer is a part that has been mandatory in the current human works. With the rapid development of computers that automatically takes experts or experts in the field of computer that is able to maximize its job and taking care of the computers that use it. However, an expeft in the field of computers has limited time and space, when there is problems that might be about the same time. To reduce reliance on an expeft computer user, it can develop an information system expertise. Development of expert systems is one of the goals is to reduce dependence on an expert computer user, wherein the expert system will provide initial solutions of computer damage that commonly occur. In addition to adding kenyakinan an ordinary computer users make decisions, used also value the ceftainty factor (CF) which is created by experts as part of the use to make their own decisions.
