Abstract

The quality of the quality of an aspect of service at the institution can be measured through several methods, one of which is the IPA method. The goal is that the assessed aspects can be analyzed for improvement so that the quality of the services provided is in accordance with the expectations of user satisfaction and interests. To facilitate the process of collecting data to analyze the calculation of results with the IPA method, an information system is needed so that the time of the collection process and calculation of formulations can be done quickly and accurately. In designing this information system using the RAD method and testing using the blackbox testing method and the results obtained that the system functionality is in accordance with the needs of the quality assurance unit and the results of the calculation formulation are in accordance with the application of the IPA method.
