Penerapan dan penggunaan TI oleh sebuah organisasi harus disesuaikan dengan visi, misi dan tujuan organisasi yang merupakan suatu bentuk perencanaan dan pengelolaan TI. Hal ini untuk mengarahkan dan mengendalikan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya dengan menambahkan nilai yang dapat menyeimbangkan resiko terhadap penggunaan TI serta prosesnya.

Penelitian lni melakukan pengukuran pengembangan IT Govemance di Universitas Advent Indonesia (UNAI) pada dua domain yaitu perencanaan dan pengorganisasian, serta pengadaan dan implementasi. Penentuan domain dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Analytial Hierarchy Process (AHP). Model pengelolaan TI (IT Governance) diadopsi dari COBIT (Control Objectives for Information dan related Technology), Pengukuran dilakukan rnenggunakan standar COBIT dengan menentukan maturity level pada masing-masing domain yang dipilih.

 

Abstract

Applied and usage IT by an organization then must adapted for vision, mission and intention of organization that is a planning form and management IT. Arrangement IT is referred as a process to instruct and control organization to reaches its target by enhance value that can balance risk to usage IT and its process.

This research is conduct to measure IT Governance development at Indonesia Adventist University of Indonesia (UNAI) in two domain: planning and organization, and acquisition and implementation. Domain choosing is by AHP method. IT Governance model adopted from COBIT (Control Objectives for Information dan related Technology). Measuring conducted using COBIT standard by adjust maturity level in each domain that chosed.
