Abstrak
Departemen Maintenance di Universitas Advent Indonesia (UNAI) merupakan salah satu departemen pendukung yang sangat penting dalam kegiatan operasional UNAI. Departemen tersebut bertanggung jawab dalam hal pemeliharaan dan tersedianya sarana gedung yang digunakan dalam operasional UNAI sehari-hari. Karena itu, kinerja dari Departemen Maintenance akan sangat berpengaruh pada kelancaran operasional bisnis UNAI. Salah satu masalah yang sering timbul di Departemen Maintenance UNAI adalah masalah ketersediaan barang, dimana adanya stok barang yang diperlukan tidak tersedia dan adanya barang dengan stok yang terlalu banyak. Selain itu, Departemen Maintenance juga memerlukan sebuah sistem adminsitrasi yang dapat mengontrol penggunaan barang sehingga tidak ada penggunaan barang yang tidak pada tempatnya, serta sistem adminstrasi yang dapat menyediakan laporan dengan akurat dan efisien.
Mengingat permasalahan di atas, maka perlu dirancang dan dibangun sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat membantu Departemen Maintenance mengontrol stok barang, mengontrol barang masuk dan keluar, membuat laporan dengan cepat dan efisien serta menyediakan informasi yang akurat kepada pihak manajemen.

Abstract
Maintenance Department at Adventist University of Indonesia (UNAI) is one of the most important supporters of the department in operational activities UNAI. The department is responsible for building maintenance and availability of facilities used in day-to-day operational UNAI. Therefore, the performance of the Maintenance Department witl greatly affect the smooth operation of UNAI'S business. One of the problems that often arise in UNAI Maintenance Department is a matter of availability of goods, where the stock of the necessary goods and the goods are not available with stock that is too much. In addition, the Maintenance Department also requires an administrative system that can control the use of the goods so that no use of goods that are not in place, and the administrative system that can provide you with accurate and efficient repofting.
Given the above problems, it needs to be designed and built an information system that can assist the Department of Maintenance inventory control, control of goods in and out, create reports quickly and efficiently and provide accurate information to management.
